The estimated delivery time range is stated on the product page itself. Our logistic officer will be contacting you within 2 days after the order has been placed. For bulk orders, everything will be delivered together, following the product with the latest shipping schedule. For special requests regarding delivery, do contact us.
To help you save on your delivery charges, we consolidate your items and only deliver it to you when all the items are ready in our warehouse. If you want to receive some items first, please send us an email at info@sitandtap.com, with your order number, the items you would like to receive first, and your preferred delivery date. Our customer support will try their best to work out something for you. Please note that extra delivery charges maybe be applicable if each delivery does not meet the free delivery minimum of $250.

Yes we can! We can hold your order for up to 2 months from the date your items arrive in our warehouse. For more information, please email us at info@sitandtap.com.
- A flat rate of $25 delivery charge for purchases below $250.
- $2.50 for small items weighing 300grams and below.
- Free delivery for purchases above $250.

Products Warranty
Yes it does. All our products comes with at least 1 year warranty on manufacturing and design defects. However, it does not cover wear and tear, misuse and mishandling of the products.
Our fans however, comes with 10 years warranty on motor, 5 years for light kit and 1 year on site warranty.
Our Wallpaper, Wall Mural and interior film comes with 1 - 3 years warranty. Covers workmanship, manufacturing and design defects.

On general, the tip of the fan blade should be 60cm away from any obstructions. Obstructions such as wall, false ceiling L box or full height furniture within 60cm could prevent the fan from operating at its optimal potential.

Unfortunately, no. However, bigger fan blades can cover bigger areas. For stronger wind, smaller fan blade is recommended. Do note that for smaller fan blade, the coverage of area will then be smaller as compared to bigger blades.
Nope, it is not necessary to have a google home nest. You simply need to install compatible applications (Google Home, Smart Life etc.) on your mobile devices to connect to the our smart products. A google home nest would be a good add on if you need another control panel other than your mobile device.
